Suz has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Field Biology and a minor in Art from the University of Northern Colorado.

Today, Suz mainly creates digital illustrations in Correl Painter XI and Adobe Photoshop CS3 using a WACOM tablet. On occasion, Suz will work with traditional art mediums such as pencil, paper, acrylic paints and canvas. Her favorite subject matter include fantasy, wildlife, and nature.

Web Design became a new interest for Suz in 1999 and has stuck with her ever since. She keeps up with current web trends of today as well as the newest techniques in coding (HTML and CSS). She is a purest when it comes to coding and firmly believes in cross-browser accessibility and the differences/definitions of form versus function. Her web standards coincide with the widely accredited web developer site: w3schools.

Logo, Corporate Identity, and Print design came later for Suz while working as a Marketing Coordinator and Art Department Production Assistant. This put Suz’s artistic and design talents to work by creating flyers, brochures, business cards, letterhead, posters, post cards, product ads, and logos for both high quality prints and/or websites.

Suz resides with her family along the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, USA.
